Job Description
Purpose and Scope:
The Closeout coordinator is responsible for assembling packages for our clients. This includes collecting, and organizing data, tracking sites and excellent open communication with the entire department.
Responsibilities:

    • Creating closeout packages.
    • Tracks, maintains, and follows up on all documentation closeout related.
    • Communicates daily with Foremen and Projects managers. 
    • Communicates with clients and holds good rapport. 
    • Meets deadlines while turning in quality work.
    • Is detail oriented.
    • Communicates pertinent information and instruction to the team on the data needed to complete the closeout.
    • Updates the team on any changes made to the closeout requirements from our clients.
    • Continuously verifies that all requirements are followed to ensure quality product. 
    • Ensures the work done on site correctly translates with deliverables given.

  • All other duties as required.
Required PPE:

  • Very strong organizational skills. 
  • Detail oriented with attention to technicalities
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Able to meet deadlines.
  • Time management.
Job Competency / Qualifications
Education/ Training:
  • High School graduate or equivalent, required.     Bachelor's degree in Business or Construction Management a plus.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of MAS 500, construction planning and management a plus.
