Purpose and Scope:
The Outside Sales Representative actively seeks out and engages customer prospects.  They provide quality customer service throughout the sales process.   They make a great first impression and enjoy helping people.  They are experienced in the unpredictable and inconsistent flow of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Meets minimum required sales targets.
  • Self-generates leads through various sales strategies.
  • Conducts in-home sales presentations with customers.
  • Provides an excellent customer sales experience from initial contact through post installation.
  • Attends required meetings and trainings.
  • Maintains knowledge of products and industry trends.
  • Evaluates customer needs and builds productive lasting relationships.
  • Manages a pipeline of accounts from creation to install.
  • Works efficiently with team members and other departments.
  • All other duties as required.

  • Public speaker.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate nights, weekends, and some holidays.
Education/ Training:
  • High School graduate or equivalent, required.
  • Clean and current Driver's license (MVR check) in the applying State.

Experience:
Prior sales or customer service experience is highly beneficial.

Compensation:
$80k Salary + Commission
