Job Description
The Scoping Coordinator is responsible for maintaining organization of the bidding process from bid invitation to submittal.  They are knowledgeable of the different types of projects.  They use cost accounting methodology and create and submit regular reports.
 
  • Assigns bid walks to Scoping Engineers. 
  • Updates calendar and bid file with information received.
  • Tracks bids on Sitetracker.
  • Maintains KPI report.
  • Uploads bids to vendor portals when needed.
  • All other duties as required.
 
 
 
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills.          
  • Able to work with a team.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects concurrently.
 
Education/ Training:
  • High School graduate or equivalent, required.
  • Knowledge of cost accounting, highly desirable.
Technical Requirements:
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite.
Experience:
  • 2-3 Years of administrative experience.
  • Prior administrative experience involving construction is helpful.
Compensation: $20-28/hr
