Job Description
Performs highly complex and difficult civil construction and RF activities by operating a variety of heavy equipment. 

Responsibilities
*Under direct supervision of Project Manager.
*Perform masonry tasks including building forms and pouring pads for minor concrete equipment pads, structural shelter foundations, tower foundations.
*Drilling large depth, small diameter holes with Hilti Coring Equipment.
*Civil construction, such as but not limited to; earth moving, Equipment operation, retaining Earth/water, concrete/asphalt, fencing, demolition, carpentry, roofing and painting, FRP and fabrication.
*Can work independently making sound decisions on behalf of the company.
* Install/maintain antenna systems/communication systems in accordance with client MOPs & requirements.
* Be proficient in all aspects of installation.
* Work with minimal supervision.
* Be able to read/interpret plans/blueprints/RFDS sheets & discuss with Foreman.


Work Environment:
*Exposure to extreme heat & cold conditions located at but not limited to, busy streets, remote Mtn. tops, basements, rooftops, airports or State / Federal buildings.
Technical Requirements:
*Must have industrial electrical experience.
*Must be able to operate heavy machinery. Back-ho, skid steer, scissor lift, fork lift, excavator.
*Must be able to physically operate heavy equipment. 
*Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and stand to operate and repair heavy equipment. 
*Must be able to work in all types of weather, including extremely hot and extremely cold temperatures. 
*Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
* Ability to read and comprehend prints.
* Working knowledge of safety standard.
* Problem solves and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
* Identify and communicate project risks, issues, or changes effectively.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Knowledge of RF wireless systems including RRH's, antennas, Diplexers, TMA's, Etc.
* General understanding of grounding system design, testing, and maintenance.


Requirements
* 3+ years of experience as a tower tech
* Must be able to lift and move up to 80lbs.
* Must be able to climb towers or ladder systems in heights up to 300'.
* Valid Driver's License
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Technical or Military Communications training a plus.
* Ability to work some weekends and/or nights.
* Must have or be willing to acquire OSHA 10 certification, RF safety awareness & competent climber cert.

Compensation: $25 - 28/hr
