Purpose and Scope:
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for efficiently and accurately keyboarding information into the company's computer system(s).
Responsibilities:
- Open & sort mail
- Sort & upload vehicle record documents
- Record Repair & Maintenance vehicle records
- Update fleet data
- Prepare vehicle registration monthly report
- Mainly office environment with a possibility of driving company owned vehicles to pick up or drop off as needed.
- Other fleet duties as needed
Skills / Other:
- Excellent keyboarding skills exhibiting speed and accuracy (minimum typing speed 65 wpm).
- Able to take direction well
- Able to work independently.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confidentiality.
Experience:
- 1 Year of work experience involving computer entry or typing
Education/ Training:
- High school graduate, required.
- Computer proficient with MS Office Suite
- Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases is a plus.
- Valid drivers license and clean MVR required.
Compensation: $16.50/hr
