The Permit Coordinator tracks all aspects of project scheduling and coordinates project planning.

  • Research city/county requirements for permitting process on specific project locations.
  • Maintains all documentation and electronic data between contractor and the client.
  • Generates and submits purchase order requests.
  • Prepares permit application package for local jurisdictions.
  • Updates General Project Tracker with both forecast and actual date recordings.
  • Uploads documents to customer database.
  • Submits invoicing requests and keeps a record of all transactions.
  • Run weekly permit reports to track progress and status of permits.
  • Acts as a single point of contact for all permitting issues.
  • Escalates appropriately when needed.
  • All other duties as required.

  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent organization, planning and scheduling abilities, including recordkeeping and filing.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, as position may occasionally interface with Customer/Client.
 Salary: $23-$28/hr DOE

Education/ Training:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, along with Adobe Acrobat.

  • 2-4 Years of coordination or other administrative experience.
